HOW DO WE SHIP OUR PRODUCTS?
Since time is of the essence, we have partnered with the world’s most dependable, secure, and fast logistics and courier companies, including DTDC, FedEx, Bluedart, Delhivery, XpressBee etc. Our third-party partners ensure the timely delivery of products.
SHIPPING ACROSS INDIA. WHAT’S THE ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME?
We deliver products across all Pincodes in India. Still there are Pincodes which are not serviceable due to certain reasons and unforeseen circumstances. For national deliveries, we ship within 24-36 hours from the time of order confirmation. The estimated delivery time for national orders is 4 to 7 working days.
WHAT IS OUR SHIPPING COST?

National Shipping:
- Sringam mostly offers FREE shipping for all orders placed within India. Taxes and duties are included in the product price listed on Sringam’s Web Store.
- However, as per our discretion, time to time, without any prior information, we can add shipping charge of ₹80 (including GST) on all orders under ₹2000.
- If the order is cancelled, lost or un-delivered to your preferred location, we will refund the complete order amount including any shipping charges, if paid online.
- International Shipping: Currently we are not processing International orders and thus not shipping Outside India.
TAMPERED DELIVERY OR NON-DELIVERY ISSUES RESOLUTION
SRINGAM uses third party courier services for logistics of orders’ parcels. These courier companies work independently and SRINGAM does not have any direct control over working or policies of the courier companies. In unforeseen and unfortunate cases wherein courier services refuse to accept customer’s claim of wrong or tampered delivery or non-delivery of parcels, SRINGAM shall not be held liable for any loss until below mentioned guidelines are followed by customers.
If parcel is received in tampered condition, customer shall refuse to accept parcel from courier person.
Even if parcel is intact, Customer ought to video-record the act of opening the received parcel as proof of any unforeseen and unfortunate case of receiving wrong or missing products inside parcels.
In case customer denies receiving the parcel, while courier company shows parcel to be delivered, customer needs to raise the issue within 48 hours of delivery message. SRINGAM will share Proof of Delivery (POD) with the customer after receiving it from the courier company.
Even after sharing POD, if customer refuses to accept the authenticity of the shared POD, SRINGAM can ONLY assist the customer in raising the concern with the concerned courier company. Sringam would re-fulfil the order ONLY when courier company confirms that indeed parcel is lost and not delivered to the customer.

We hope you always find our products as per your expectations, and you may never need to check our Return and Replacement Policy. However, in the extreme case that you do need to return or exchange a product(s), here is our policy.
- You can place your Return/Exchange request at our Returns Centre here or write to us at sringamenterprises@gmail.com.
- Orders can be returned and exchanged within 7 days of order delivery.
- Exchange and Replacement can only be done for sizes, wrong, and defective products. If the selected size is not available, we will proceed with a Refund to the source account. If you want a different product during Exchange, connect with our customer support team, and we will guide you through the process.
- Return/Refunds are accepted only for product quality issues, wrong product, missing items, and unavailability of the required size.
- A product Opening Video is a must for missing or damaged product complaints.
- Replacement/ Return will be accepted only if the product is unused and the tags are intact. Our team might request further information/images to evaluate your Return Request.
- To avoid the hassle of Return and Exchange, please consult our size chart on each product page to choose the correct fit.
- Sringam offer a Reverse Pickup Option for most Pincodes in India. However, if the Reverse Pickup Pincode is not accessible by our logistics partners, we may ask you to ship the product back to us and share the tracking details by email. We will reimburse the cost of shipping upto INR 99 depending upon the location from which it is shipped back to us.
- Refunds for prepaid orders will initiate once the product reaches our warehouse, and the amount will be directly credited to the source account within 7 – 10 working days. COD orders/Pay on Delivery orders will be refunded in the form of a COUPON CODE ONLY. Coupon codes have a validity of 1 (One) month.
- Products purchased with any of the COUPON CODE generated for COD customers are not eligible for refund/return. Exchange orders (orders which have been exchanged once against original order) are not eligible for exchange, return or refund.
- Products purchased with any COUPON CODE generated for COD customers are not eligible for refund/return.

- All Orders wherein FREE Products are included with the order and Clearance Sales orders are not eligible for Refund or Exchange. In case of Discounts are applied during the order, the discount value will also be adjusted in the refund; rest assured.

There are 2 options to receive refunds:

Refund to Account - Refund requested in the same ‘bank account / card / wallet / website wallet used for placing the order.
▪ A ‘Return Fee or Reverse Shipping Fee of ₹100‘ will be deducted from product(s) price before refund.
▪ Refund in case of Return of product(s):
* Refund Amount = Price of the Product(s) – ₹ 100 - Refund in the form of Credit Coupon - We would be happy to exchange or return your product and provide you with a credit coupon. The coupon value will be the same amount as that of the product you purchased. You can redeem this coupon on our website to shop. No Reverse Shipping Fee / return fee will be deducted in this case.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation of order is allowed “within 24 hours of placing the order, or till the status of the order is ‘Processing’ (i.e. before shipment is confirmed), whichever is earlier.”
- Refund in case of Cancellation of an order:
- Refunds will be issued to the same bank account / card / wallet used for placing the order.
- Incase order is cancelled after the product is shipped, then further action will be taken as per the abovementioned points from Return & Refund Policy.
Where do I send my return?
Make sure that the below given address is clearly printed or written on your returns parcel with the Sringam order number in case both the cases of self – shipping or pick up option. Make sure to include the original invoice as proof for the purchase made along with the return item:
